FXHonest provides trading analytics, a backtesting engine and a trading journal for informational and analytical purposes only. The Service connects to trading accounts in read-only mode and does not place trades or move funds on your behalf.

FXHonest does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Risk Disclosure.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must be of legal age to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
